This class is for people with neurodivergence from the ages of 12-25. We currently have space in the class on a Saturday at 11.15am – 12.15pm.

My Usual Class Structure

1. Warm Up

This usually a game or copy along cardio based activity to get the blood flowing, increasing the heart rate, then making the body ready for dancing.

2. Strength and Stretch

Strength and Stretch isn’t only important in dance , but in every day life, no matter how old you are. I work on corm, arms and legs and I also adapt these exercises on the individual needs.

3. Skill

These skills tend to be based on the dance style. Some examples of these could be based on musicality, trickier movements or isolating body parts.

4. Dance

I will then put these skills into a dance. This style varies depending on what class this is for.
